Then would only do parts and started and partially did a few portions and then gaps without any communication. We had weeds and he suggested sod (expensive) since we had so much weed. Instead of prepping it (weed kill and till) he just laid sod on top and weeds grew through. They built some simple drains but they failed and caused erosion. He disappeared for 2 weeks.
