"Troy was extremely professional. He assessed the problem immediately with our gas pool heater....the water temp sensor. He was able to procure the part and install it and within 1 hour our spa and pool heater was up and running. Our pool heater is older and it would have been an easy recommendation to just replace the whole thing but was honest in his recommendation to repair the sensor before jumping to the conclusion to simply replace the heater.
