Luiz went way above and beyond to make sure our horribly dog-damaged floors turned out to be perfect! He miraculously repaired damages that we thought could never be fixed! He carefully explained and offered brilliant suggests and solutions all along the way - took so much pressure off of us! Words simply cannot do justice to the most excellent work provided by Luiz! The icing on the cake is Paradise Luxury Flooring charged a FRACTION of the cost quoted by every other flooring company- for the best work imaginable!! We look forward to having him restore our upstairs floors and add wainscotting to our entrance. We need more honest, super hard-working people like Luiz and his crew in this world! "I only give 1 or 5 stars. 1 is a Public Warning; 5 is I've done the research/have the experience, save yourself time go here. 2/3 of my remodels were nightmares. I've even filed insurance claims with contractors insurance! I'm in the middle of my 4th and the floor had to be replanked. My contractors floor man did such a horrible job, I texted pix, said redo it, it looks like sh-t. The redo was worse. A top fabricator referred Marcus. BEAUTIFUL JOB. He is on time, reliable, a perfectionist and quotes extremely reasonable prices. He's such a pleasure. to deal with I tipped him! I've referred him to my brother and others and they're extremely happy. YOU WILL BE SO HAPPY TO HIRE HIM. Enjoy."

"DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I regret using this company for the following reasons: 1. No contract signing. They only send quotes they add charges without discussing it prior. 2. Charged me for work they did not complete. I paid in full even though they never finished painting my kitchen, never squared my bathroom shelves, left gaps and holes. 3. They charged me for ?installing? my dishwasher yet they never anchored it, all they did was move it to the desired location, then they asked for more money to move the outlet which was unnecessary. 4. Said jobs would be an easy fix then spent weeks with no progress because they have to ?figure it out?. 5. Spoke to Maurice, he promised all work would be completed before the holidays (this is after two months of work), then NEVER COMES BACK. He legitimately asked for money, I paid, and he NEVER SHOWED up again. 6. Didn?t finish kitchen cabinets, painting kitchen, doors, bathroom shelves, left the whole place a mess. "

"I have never dealt with a more incompetent company as Best Flooring. It started with the removal of all the original flooring which left holes in my wall, chipped cabinets and every corner of my house walls scuffed. They were very apologetic and promised to make it right…They didn’t. I brought up many concerns during demolition and installation. My floors upstairs were creaking like I lived in a 100 year home. There were cracked planks in every room. The floors were moving when stepped on. They came out twice to fix the problems and used my 4 un-opened boxes to replace the “problem” areas. I finally had to get a certified floor specialist to come to my home to give an unbiased opinion on what was going on. Which cost more money out of my pocket. Come to find out they never leveled my floors correctly. So As of right now I am out of over $22,000…What I paid them for the flooring, what the flooring cost and plumber fees. They broke my flanges on 2 toilets and reinstalled my master bath toilet when repairing the floors for the second time and the toilet leaked to my downstairs. There is countless other problems like ruining my rug, spilling something on my outside freshly painted porch that is now discolored. I could go on and on. My floors are only 3 months old!!! Please do not use this company. They are awful and have no clue what they are doing!"
