"The installation went as expected. The technicians were very professional and did exactly as expected. We would certainly recommend and hire again."

"Very good price, is very customer oriented. Top notch installation, I'm a diy person all around and it was hard to let someone else do a project around my house but horns was very cool at letting me do certain things in preparation of the new system, I was capable of doing to help with the installation. I really do recommend horns. my new system cools the house down really well that extra 1/2 tons is exactly what this house needed, thank you for making that happen."

"We had a very complicated issue with our Energy recovery ventilator. TJ was extremely knowledgeable about this piece of equipment. You successfully tracked down the problem and fixed it. He also figured out a complicated electrical issue with the Honeywell TrueZone damper actuator that both BUDS HEATING AND AC and a master electrician could not figure out. After completing those two tasks, he installed a new Aprilaire humidifier. He accomplished all this for a very reasonable price. I could not recommend him more!!"

"I have had work done by Chris two different times and years, both in an emergency type situation, meaning the A/C was not working. This year, taking all the necessary Covid precautions, he took out the motor and casing of the Air Handler, located in the Attic, replaced it in his shop and thereby speeding up the amount of time in the home. Additionally he verified that the motor was still under warranty,( purchased and installed thru another company), thereby greatly reducing the cost of the repair!! He and Krystal are dedicated to their company and the epitome of true Professionals."

"I needed to have a broken garbage disposal removed and a new one installed. The job was accomplished quickly and efficiently. I also bought a new kitchen faucet from them and had that installed as well. I am considering another project for them to do. Very professional....friendly.....and most importantly knowledgeable....You will be happy with having them do your home projects."

"It went well. We will use his services again, if necessary."

"The service was comprehensive and efficiently executed. The service members were knowledgeable and professional. It means a great deal to have a dependable and reliable company to maintaining your home heating air-conditioning system that you depend on every year for your comfort."

"A team was sent and diagnosed a bad motor. Motor had to be picked up 1 1/2 hours away the next morning. Since weather was VERY cold, they left space heaters for our tenants to use, and replaced the motor the next morning. Way above and beyond excellent service"

"The response was greater than expected. The situation was carefully explained with extensive views and photos. Alternatives were offered to try to mitigate the expense. Because insurance compensation was in doubt, alternatives were considered and discussed. We decided to gut the entire shower; remove the jacuzzi and go for a spa like design. It worked out beautifully and we are greatly pleased with the careful work."
