We had some rain issues scheduling (nothing to do with him, just bad storms for about a week) and he kept in touch and was very considerate of my time. When he came to do the actual repair he was fun to work with, knowledgeable and kept me posted on what was going on the whole time. He was so nice and did a wonderful job.
