"Project installed - quickly - left cut off metal pieces in yard - pricey - 4 times as much as other company"

"They scheduled me for 9/29/21 and then called the morning of to say they don't install gutters on houses with metal roofs. I talked to other gutter companies who stated it was a BS statement to get out of doing the work."

"Wonderfully from talking to representative, ordering windows and window installment. Windows were installed in one day by a very knowledgeable installer. Hard worker, conscience, courteous and friendly. We would recommend this company to all of our friends."

"Overall fine install, had a hiccup with equipment that delayed finishing project two days. Put forth a lot of effort to protect surfaces from over spray/cross contamination. Had appropriate personnel protective gear for the crew of two men. Created a complete air tight envelope for the 2 story shed. Pleasantly surprised over the overall improvement in building structural strength. Area for improvement is the notification of customer when in route to the job and when arrive onsite. Cost was a little high, but great product/quality, you get what you pay for. Better than the cheaper options justifies the price. Easy to work with... Before and after photos attached..."

"First, these guys are awesome. Not everything went perfect but they made it perfect at the end. They are honest, service oriented, competent, hard working, and reliable. First, the roofing. They came out, bought top quality supplied, planned the work, and carefully inspected the roof to plan the work. The did the work using proper construction techniques and did not take shortcuts. They sealed the gutters using top quality supplies and application techniques. I have not had any problems with leaking. Before, every rainstorm the gutters were overflowing from all sides of the house. Now the attic fan. We had a few snafus with the attic fan but Davidson was attentive all through. They installed the switch in the wrong direction and corrected that a few days later. The fan was very noisy and after trying a few different things Davidson decided to swap out for a new fan. They ate the cost COMPLETELY. The fan worked flawlessly. This is what all contractors should be like. Thanks George and Angel!!!!!"

my business is a handyman service business we do painting gutters decks sideing and more

"Cleaned gutters. I was informed at the time of service that the charge for removing the leaf guards was not $50 (per the Angie's big deal) but $50 per RUN of gutters (I had four, two on the house and two on the garage). We settled on $100 extra rather that $200.  The guys offered to replace a seal on two vent pipes on the roof at $89 each.  I thought the price was too high and declined.

"Steve Cummins installed the seamless gutters around my house about a year ago so when I completed my new covered deck I was happy to use the same professional workmanship as before and I know this sounds like a commercial but I am being honest. Everything he has done looks great and I'm very pleased."

"Installation was awesome and fast. Very good job done by techs. Now, the bad. After the project was complete the sales people continue to call to drum up more business. We have asked them to stop calling several times. To this day they still call and last time I threatened them with a harassment law suit. It was a good thing until the phones calls constantly came in. Then they don't know what they are talking about, we mentioned a roof they said they would send someone but this company doesn't do roofs in our area. Stop calling,,,,,,Do not take deal sales person offers, we turned it down and the manager called and knocked $2500 off service. Hold out!!!"

"Kyle and his team did an amazing job! Within 30 minutes of my initial inquiry, I was talking to Kyle on a Saturday night. When he came to provide an estimate he actually got up on the roof and gave me a quote on the spot. I appreciated that because he took the time to check it out so we both knew what we were getting in to... no surprises or at least a reduced risk of them. They ran into a few rainy days and some obstacles, but kept us in the loop. They didn’t just treat us as a paying customer yet you can tell they truly cared about our family and doing their best work to protect our home. They checked with us before arriving early in the morning, taking into consideration that we had 3 toddlers. They showed up ready to work and cleaned up as they went. Every member of the crew was friendly and made us feel very comfortable. I would highly recommend Precision Roofing to anyone looking for hard workers and top quality at a fair price!"
