Brandon even checked my furnace, gave me some suggestions and gave me a quote on the water heaters that are close to replacement. "I tried contacting David through his website & email.  I did not get any response.  I tried again a week later and he replied.  We tried to work out an appointment but ended up with just back & forth emails.  My wife and I both work and the only time we are available is after 5ish.  Every response I got from him was 4:30pm, he didn't give me any other option or explanation (which he doesn't owe me any).  Finally when we did set up a 4:30 appointment, it was cancel the day before.   It really puzzles me that a well reviewed contractor can be so off putting.  My overall feeling is that he was just too busy to take on more jobs.  If that was the case he should have said it straight out and not string me along for 3 weeks.  Maybe Angieslist member should give him some breathing room.
