"The guy called me back right away, which was nice. He told me he was booked up for the next two weeks, which was not to nice. Can't say I fault him, it is a really busy time for AC people. But I found another guy who was able to come out the same day, Guess who I will call next time."

"I was not able to proceed with their estimate due to conflict of schedule. The renters needed the work done immediately as it was summer time and I will be out of the country for couple of weeks at that time so I had to get another contractor that fit our schedules. Mike provided me the estimate I needed with pictures included and also lots of information about the damaged ducting. If I was not pressed with time I would have closed the deal with Mike as he was very professional and was able to make contact with him right away and felt no pressure and easy to talk to.

"The initial consultation went very well. They were the only contractor that actually went up into the attic to see the duct work and address the cooling problems that I was having in the house. They fixed the issues and now the house gets plenty of air everywhere! The new unit works great so far. I also had them install a whole house fan which they did a great job as well. Thank you Ecology Air Innovations and team!"
