The paint on the walls looks spectacular. The floors are pure beauty. The best part is my beautiful shower, between the tiles picked out, with Phil's incredible eye and being on the same page with me through the whole process. I loved the entire experience with Wiseman! I highly recommend their service. Special note: Wiseman also did my downstairs hall bathroom remodel, and did a fantastic job, with flooring, tile work, plumbing, and installation of new vanity, mirrors. "I would appreciate being offered the best value for the service required. Instead, I felt like I was being offered something I did not need. All I needed was a plunger replaced and I was out of town and could not do it myself. It was a simple fix, yet it was suggested I might actually consider replacing the entire toilet! I did appreciate the immediate response time and the same day repair and service very much. Knowing what I needed and still being charged almost 200 dollars for the five-minute installation with a ten dollar part felt unfair. Still, the ability to get someone immediately was great. "Hired to remodel 2 bathrooms. I should have hired Arayik to do the tile in the showers and floors only. The tile work was fine but electrical, plumbing and woodworking was unacceptable. Electrical outlets that were relocated had to be reset and wall repairs had to be redone to allow texture and paint to be done. Base boards installed by Arayik had very uneven gaps above tile floor and had to be replaced. "

"Several plumbers would not install the circulating pump from the hot water heater because they claimed the undersink water supply hoses were PEX and they refused to work with it. Actually, all of the Elliott homes in Folsom have, not PEX, but Braided Vinyl water supply hoses, and these hoses connect to CPVC pipe, not PEX. All Pro Plumbing tackled the job and did excellent work."

"We are incredibly pleased with our kitchen remodeling by Solid Construction & Design!! They remodeled our kitchen, painted our dining room and living room, and renovated our fireplace. The project took about 5 weeks and we are very pleased and delighted with the final results. We got to work with Oleg (the owner) who inspected our kitchen, gave us design ideas, and got us a detailed estimate based on our selection. We made a trip to their convenient showroom to make the material selections and JCruz was very friendly and helped us with that. Vitaly was our project manager and also did a great job coordinating the installation team. The scope of work included a full kitchen remodel (our kitchen is fairly large) - so the existing kitchen was completely demoed and all appliances were disposed.
