"The main roof was done promptly with some minor issues, but the provider was willing to make corrections quickly.  Although he made corrections quickly, he didn't use good quality material to make those adjustments. In the original contract, any additional jobs should have been charged at a fixed rate plus materials. However, when the provider offered to do the necessary additional work, no breakdowns in the cost were given.  He just said that he knew what he was charging and it was the best price. 
After the job, part of the gutter was clogged with debris which Ron promised to clean up.  The flat roofs were redone, but most of silver coating (that he applied) washed away because of the rain right after it was painted.  Part of flat roof still has water accumulation.  Ron said that the water accumulation was because of the structure of the flat roof, and had nothing to do with the new flat roof.  I thought when hiring someone to redo the roof would include fixing the water accumulation problem on my flat roofs.
