I figured the whole job would take them maybe 20 minutes ? they'd just get up on the roof, scoop the gunk out of the gutters, drop it into the flower beds below & be on their way, leaving me to clean up.

Instead, their 2-man crew were here for 2+ hours & did a very thorough, professional job. Big oak trees surround our house, so fallen leaves inundate our roof & gutters. They took plastic lawn bags up with them to put the wet (& stinky!) leaves in, they unclogged the drainspouts & ran water through all of them to ensure they were clear, they hosed down the entire roof, they picked up all of the gunk that had fallen & they swept up the front stairs & walkway. They did an immaculate job.

Plus, the guys were prompt & very courteous.
