"I was very pleased with S and M Pest Services. They were quite professional, up front about all work to be performed and the cost of each tier of service. They minimize the use of harmful pesticides yet still manage to get the job done. We hired them for two properties that had different requirements, with one being much more difficult than the other. The more difficult job involved setting external and internal traps, some exterior masonry work, roof and chimney work, substantial external patching of woodpecker damage, and significant termite control. They far exceeded expectations on the more difficult property and I would not hesitate to recommend them. I rated them a B for price because this was the first time we've had to use this service."

"Bob replied to investigate a bird issue in my house, was able to come the next day and did a great assessment and explained options in detail. He a quick and safe extraction, thorough cleaning and properly closed off the access point to prevent future pest access. Highly recommend."

"I had never used Angi, but plunged in when I heard scratching in my wall. Shortly after my filling out a request, Sean called and clearly set out his services and fees, which enabled me to schedule his first visit. His knowledge and experience addressed my home's mouse issue within two weeks. He's a skilled and reliable gentleman."

"Pat contacted us immediately and was very friendly and very informative. He made us feel at ease with our pest situation, and I would recommend Community Pest Control to anyone who has pest problems."

"Matt was prompt and efficient in responding to my request and in completing the job. He did excellent work. Using a lift to access the third floor, he removed multiple bird nests and repaired the places where the birds got in. He is personable and professional and I would highly recommend him."

"I recently had a great experience with a pest control specialist I found on Angi. He arrived promptly at the agreed-upon time, and we discussed my specific problems and identified other areas of concern. He was knowledgeable and easy to communicate with. We proceeded to agree on the treatment plan, and he treated the property immediately. Great job overall!"

"quick responsive to our office that was filled with a nice flock of unwanted feathered friends. We were moving furniture and found them in our business building. The clean up was horrible and it was completed promptly and smelled so much nicer at the completion. Nick gave us the best rate compared to three others."

"Pat responded quickly and was very knowledgeable. He came two days ago and treated our property for rats. Time will tell if it was a success, and I may want to update my ratings in a couple of weeks, after he returns for a follow-up visit."
