"I would highly recommend Mark from Shoreline Environmental. I was living in an apartment that had mold growing on all of my personal belongings. My landlord hired a company to come in to do his own testing and they did nothing but belittle me, and even went as far as to accuse me of throwing water on books to cause mold and to damage my clothes. I have to say I have never been disrespected by so many people until I met Mark at Shoreline Environmental, he treated me with the utmost respect and explained everything he was doing and the different types of mold there are, he was very thorough compared to the company that came and did the testing for my landlord. I was being very persistent to have him do more testing and he stated that this is going to cost more money, my point is he knew exactly what needed to be tested and was not out to make more money. "It went excellent. Dan and the other gentleman arrived on time, were very respective of my house and removed their shoes as I just had new carpeting installed. He then asked me where everything was located around my house for the duct cleaning and they went to work right away. It was not too loud so I was able to still watch TV and they were very timely and picked up everything when they were done. Very fair pricing also. Dan showed me some pictures of before and after and what a difference. I also had some dented ducts and since I bought pre-construction years ago that is how they came and they straightened them out to help with hear/air efficiency. It was a great experience and I would definitely use them again."
