"It went great, this is a unique service, for DIY-ers. My electric dryer wouldn’t heat, so I went on line and diagnosed the problem and ordered the parts. I also watched several how to videos, but none of them matched my dryer. Finally went on Angie’s list and it matched me up with Tin Lizzee which is a chat service to help you through your repair. The technician I talked with was polite, professional, and knowledgeable. I did get stuck during the repair and they called me on my cell and talked me through what I needed to do. I know I saved a lot of money by not having an appliance repair person come to my house with the mark up on parts and labor rates per hour I believe I saved at least half of the cost, if not more from ordering on line and chatting and talking to the Tin Lizzee technician, it was $30 well spent."

"Our refrigerator stopped working on Christmas Eve. I called For a repair the day after Christmas thinking that it might take a week to get an appointment. Dave said that he could come right out that day. While there to fix the refrigerator, we mentioned that the dryer was making a horrible screeching noise. He fixed that too. He did need to order a part for the refrigerator but was able to get it going perfectly until the part came in. Once the part arrived, he returned to do the final repair. "I was very pleased with the services provided by Provost.   I have a heating service contract with Provost.  This was th first time we had an "emergency" problem.
I was actually away from home when the furnance stopped working.  I was in the hospital for several weeks and a friend was watching my home.  I had left a list of "Emergency telephone numbers" for her just in case something happened.  Provost Plumbing was on the list.  When she realized that there was no heat in the house, she called Provost.  They came immediately and made the needed repairs. My friend commented on how courteous and professional they were (Russ Coombs was the plumber).  They fixed the problem right away.
