Matt of MMP Consturction's contacted me promptly, scheduled an on-site visit and gave us a quote right away. The work was then scheduled and finished quickly. Matt did great job on reaching out, effective communication, and always arriving on-time. He also gave an evaluation on our roof condition. Also, Eric and Don did excellent job on finishing the project. They are all very polite, knowledgeable, and showed their professionalism. We would like to express our sincere appreciation to Matt and his crew. We are very grateful for having them arriving on-time before the winter storm to prevent potential damage of the house. "I contacted Hector's office in search of a quality service provider to powerwash the exterior of our house. Upon calling, Madeline in the office picked up and informed me that it would be best for Hector to come out and see the work to provide an accurate estimate and that she would follow up later that day to schedule. Just hours later that same day, Madeline informed me that Hector was in the area and I happened to be home! Hector and one of his team members walked the perimeter of the house with me indicating what areas he felt needed attention while being upfront about other areas that looked ok. We agreed on a price that was very fair compared to other estimates I received. Before leaving, I mentioned to Hector that I had a stone patio and firepit in the woods behind our home that could use a washing. Hector again quoted a very reasonable price and said he would have no problem getting all the way back there (nearly 100 yds from house). I read in other reviews that Hector did light exterior paint work and before letting him leave I had him quote a refresh of some of our exterior trim work. Again, Hector was reasonable and fair with pricing for this work. After continuing to add to the job, I added complexity by saying I needed the work done before my son's bday party which was the following weekend. Hector was able to come back the very next day to complete the work! In the end, Hector and his team completed a wash of the entire exterior of the house, parts of the roof that were shaded and had some moss/mold, washing the woodland firepit/patio and painting some of the exterior trim that needed it. The price was right and the house looks amazing. Communication with him and his team was seamless throughout and it helps that the entire team is so friendly, pleasant and honest. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone needing help with Power/Pressure Washing, Exterior Painting and/or gutter cleaning!!"

"We hired CF Construction to do all of the masonry work both inside and out. We got 4 quotes from 4 different Mason's, and CF Construction had the best price. Carlos came out the day after we called him and had a price to use immediately. We had to constantly keep bugging the other masons to get a price from them, but not with CF Construction. Our biggest concern with this project we took on was schedule. My wife and I had a baby on the way and wanted to get the house done prior to his arrival. CF Masonry blew us away with how fast and consistent they worked. They showed up every morning at 6:30AM and didnt leave until 4 or 5 PM. They came every single day until the project was complete to our satisfaction. Lastly, the quality was top-notch. I was amazed how great all of their work came out, especially with how fast they did it and how great of a price they had. They re-faced our old, dirty fireplace with an awesome Eldorado Stone veneer w/ Limestone hearth and mantel. They built the retaining walls, fireplace and bar out of a beautiful natural New England Field Stone that Carlos found out of a quarry in Barre, MA. He matched the brick for our chimney extension exactly as the old chimney. The basement tile was a 12x24 that Carlos recommended, and its look amazing. We literally couldnt be happier with the way the work came out. We have owned many homes and have done a great deal of work over the years, and CF Masonry is by far one of the best contractors we have ever hired. We highly recommend them for all of your masonry needs."

"These guys are the greatest! They saved us a lot of money! We had a dumpster before the bullbag and for 3 tons of material and a week rental of the dumpster it cost us $486! We own the bullbag now, had a full bag - 3.5 tons - picked up and it was only $229! We didn't have any rental charges, excess weight fees, or anything! These guys did everything they said they would!
