He took the time to understand what we wanted, answered SO many questions, and even helped us explore options we hadn’t considered. All of this at a very fair price. The finished deck is beautiful, extremely well built, and adds enjoyment and value to our home. We will gladly call on him again for future projects."

"Junior Green and his Clean Hands Painting and Construction crew did an excellent job saving our screened in porch. We had a contractor who had spent 11 months (yes 11 months) installing a screened in porch and he was simply not able to finish the job. We became fed up and found Junior and he was promptly out to review the work and recommend how to fix it. He was able to correct all of the issues with standard construction practices that our last contractor ignored. He made sure that the screened porch was redesigned to protect against water and last for the long term without issues every few years from water damage. In addition to his knowledge of good construction practice he also made our porch look beautiful. "Initially we asked for a full bathroom to be place in the laundry room of our basement. We also asked for the washer and dryer to be set up to work in our garage. Shane gave us an estimate of between $6000 and $8500. This was about what we wanted to spend and gave the ok. As he began to buy the materials that would address our needs he came back to us and recommended that we move one wall out 2 feet. The bathroom will be used primarily for my father who is 82 and he asked for a special shower with a seat and handles. We felt this was reasonable and were actually happy with Shane’s plan which would allow Dad more room. Shane also found a pump that would work for the shower, toilet and sink. Understandably, another estimate had to be drawn up and this brought the total cost to $11,000. Considering everything that was being done, we felt the increase was reasonable. Shane explain to us what actions he was taking throughout the project and we felt confident he would do the job right. He completed the job two weeks ago now and we are totally satisfied."

"Not only was the work done very professionally but the way Mr Hill carried himself. He was very polite very professional and actually had a sense of humor which made me feel more comfortable with him being around my home and my children. I would definitely have them back and I'm looking to have more work done inside the house and not just painting but my floors redone as well."

"Tony showed up five minutes early and I immediately started throwing my perception of contractors out of the window.  Tony took me through every aspect of the house giving me ideas of what I should do, what I shouldn't do, costs of each project and how to save money throughout the process.  You know when you're buying a product and the salesmen is going to answer every one of your questions in the way that will cause you to spend more money?? I didn't get that perception at all with Tony.  He was honest, even if it could possibly be a detriment to gaining him business.  He went over his credentials, experiences and history with older houses.  I explained to him how safety in regards to possible lead paint and asbestos were my priority as I will be living in the house and he outlined everything he would do if it was his own personal residence.  The thing I like about Structures By Design (and they should use this in their marketing) is that they really make you feel, and judging by their reviews, they actually do, treat any project as if they were doing it to their own homes. 
Reasons why I will choose Tony first for all work:
-He has a ton of expierence in the Buena Vista area with these older houses, I don't think there is anyone more qualified around here in regards to working with homes built in this part of the state.
-He is the ONLY contractor I've encountered that doesn't answer questions you ask for their benefit, that honesty is unprecedented in this type of business.
-Judging from the quality of their work on the internet, Angies List and articles I've read, their work is all about quality with price effectiveness thrown in there.  Long story short, it sounds like you get a lot of BANG for your buck.
I highly encourage anyone that needs some type of renovation done to their home to consult Tony before making any decisions, but that's just if you want it done right.
