"I was looking for quotes for a new furnace since mine was over 20 years old and failed, so decided to have it replaced along with the matched central air conditioner unit. I got estimates from several heating and cooling companies but ultimately gave the job to RTT Heating and Cooling, LLC . Ryan came out quickly, looked at my units and answered all my questions to give me the best options for both cost and reliability for a new complete system. "Scheduling the appointment was the hardest part of this job.  The owner was unresponsive. It took a long time just to get the appointment scheduled.  The two installers who showed up were nice.  They were clear on the requirements to install the fans, including the need to install special converters to the wiring.  They worked quickly and efficiently ( I did pre-assemble the fans as much as I could to help save time). They were clean.  The job was done well.  I would hire them again.  I would just like the owner to work a little on his customer service skills.

"New Image has serviced my furnace and central air conditioning unit for two years. Very reliable. 


The technician Nick, was on time and very polite and professional.  He asked me if I had any problems with my furnace.  I told him about a problem with the humidifier.  He told me of a simple fix for the problem. I was very grateful. He did not try and sell me something I really did not need. I appreciate his honesty. 


Nick checked my central air unit and told me everything was fine.

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"Excellent work, great customer service. Very prompt in coming out to meet our loss if heat needs. 23yo Carrier unit definitely needed replaced as technicians explained in terms I could understand. Very fast response for an estimate which was reasonable based on needs and expectations. I was given clear options on the replacement and now understand why I chose the furnace I did. There was no effort at all to sell me things I didn’t need yet always open to discuss any option. Scheduling installation could not have been easier. They even offered to come out early but my schedule couldn’t be adjusted. They were here promptly at 8am Saturday morning. Very professional and personable. They always had time if I had a question. They explained the new thermostat and ensured I knew how to work it. They finished 2h earlier than estimated and the area is more clean than when they started.
