Consequently they are the only company we've worked with a second time. They are extremely professional. Their standards for quality workmanship are very high and they do what they say they'll do, when they say they'll do it. They have a strong network of suppliers and whether Nathan or Mike is leading your project, they make you feel like your project is their top priority. They have a lot of experience and offer great ideas for layouts and solutions when a problem needs to be solved. And they are great with communication. They keep you informed as to what's happening and they respond quickly if you have a question or want to talk about the work in progress. Our experience has been excellent and in both cases we have been very happy with the work. We will call them again and give them the highest of recommendations. You will not be disappointed if you work with Pristine."

"We interviewed many contractors for this job. In the end, it boiled down to the good rapport with Nathan. On the plus side, his work is beautiful and his workers always showed up as promised. He never quibbled about some concerns we had throughout. But, we were up sold some work, (which we likely needed anyway) but were under the gun to make a decision and had to haggle under those conditions. Also, he sometimes requires multiple messages to get a response. Overall, very, very pleased with results and recommend to anyone."

"Our initial meeting with Suj was great. Initially, we had in mind a much larger job. He had quoted us $3000 for the closet demolition / wall rebuild (non-load bearing), packaged with several other items. Together with the fee for drawings ($4000) and permits, this was a bit higher than we anticipated. However, we decided to go with Suj due to his responsiveness and professionalism. Out of our other quotes, Suj’s pricing was middle of the pack - not the cheapest or most expensive. When the drawings were complete and evaluated, he gave us an updated cost of $6000 over text message. The scope of work had changed, and this was no longer part of a bigger project - understandable. The issue was when he gave us the official estimate a week later and up’d the price once again to $9000. When asked what happened, his exact words were “well, I need to get paid too”. He had weeks to consider before quoting the $6000 and nothing had changed since then. The extra $3000 may be insignificant compared to most renovation costs, but for us in our first home, this was back breaking. We continued with Suj since we were already locked in and well past the 3 day cancellation period. Their work for the most part was exceptional. The new wall blended perfectly into our existing structure, and the ceiling patch was also well done. The problem here was the floor. They had dug up a 1” deep pit in the floor, likely to remove the wall studs. However, they did not patch the floor or even let us know this was going to be an issue. We were never told about the pit until I decided to check in on their progress one day towards the end of the wall build. This required us to pay a handyman to come in next day on a weekend to patch the concrete since we had cabinets being installed the following Tuesday. Suj was aware of this and did not believe it pertinent information. Overall, Suj and SoCal Builders do quality work, but the issues in pricing consistency lost us before the work even started. Not even telling us that we’d be left with a 1” deep pit in our floor after was another huge issue which should’ve been brought up much earlier. This was our first experience with a contractor and I’m not sure if this is typical or not. However, it’s enough to make me doubt I’d contact them for any future work."

The contractor and owner of the company Ouriel Lousky was most professional in every aspect of the job. His crews were timely and most efficient in every way. He had his subcontractors lined up so the job was never lagging behind. I would recommend him to anyone who is planning on a remodel or a renovation. Mary V."

"This is my first time working with a contractor and didn’t know what to expect. Overall, I am happy with the work and the team became more like family. I wasn’t happy all the time, and it took longer than expected, but when I expressed it, Gino was quick to make the changes happen even being hands on some of the time. I don’t know what else are out there, since they are my first and only remodel team, but I’m thankful I choose this company to remodel my entire - now beautiful - home."

"We hired recently INA Kitchens for our major renovation. We had them remove 2 supporting walls between our Kitchen and dining room and from the guest bedroom to the family room. On top of that, we remodeled completely the kitchen, living room, entertainment center, fully remodeling of the master bathroom, the hallway bathroom and removed the entire floor and install new engineered one. Eran our project manager had excellent design ideas and problems solver and his work was done on schedule. We never had any issue or problem passing any of the city inspections."

"When it comes to house or condo or commercial construction, ING Construction should be your first choice. ING construction are quick, efficient, clean, high quality work you just wouldnâ t get with anyone else. We pass their name to everyone whoâ s looking for construction work to their home dwelling. A little historyâ ¦ My parents in Glendale, CA had a cold call 2009 when they needed to redo their bathroom to their 1927 Mission Revival house. Because of the excellent work my parents requested there services again in 2010 to renovate the whole house. In 2021 my husband and I needed the ceiling removed in our condo unit to see the termite damage. (Luckily it was very minimal.) and while it was open, put in recess lighting inside. We sold the condo this year (2022) and bought a house. Where we, once again, called ING Construction to do what the house inspector fixes were needed to the 1979 house up to code. We had a drain place in the back. New dedicated gas line to tankless water tank plus earthquake shut off valve to gas meter. Added bathroom fan vents to vent the moisture out. New vent pipe to the washing machine in the garage. New roof to the house plus adding solar, as well. They were extremely fast, and the quality is unmeasurable. We will always use them in the near future. (as in next year painting our house exterior as well as removing the popcorn off the living room ceiling. Besides the year after in remodeling our two bathrooms.)"

"We hired them because their ideas were the best of all the contractors we had out. The owner's are very hands on and take a personal interest in the project. It turns out that they had done work for 2 of our relatives and we did not even know that. Our relatives were extremely satisfied with their work and strongly recommended them. We are just in the beginning stages of a big project so I cannot comment on the work yet but we have been very happy with everything up to this point. They are very enthusiastic, personable and confident in their work. I will update this review when the actual construction is done"
