He removed the old opener, installed the new one, changed out the door button, installed an outdoor key pad opener, adjusted the springs, lubricated all the moving parts and reprogrammed my car opener. Daniel was polite, personable, hard working and knows everything about garage doors. The opener they sold me is of the highest quality. Boy the difference is amazing. All the noise is gone. The new one has a back up battery which is great since I've had several electrical outages where I could't get my car out of the garage since I'm not strong enough to manually lift and close the door. The new one can also be controlled via an Ap from my phone in case I forget to lower the door, which has happened. This is the second time I have used L & S and they were terrific both times.
