"Western Sunset Builders, Inc. is the real deal. I had them install 2 hardwired Ring Floodlight cameras. When "Bill", president of the company, came out to review my project he immediately sized up the situation and told me how the job should professionally be done. I was very impressed with Bill Van Dalsem. Western Sunset was head and shoulders above his competition (I interviewed 3 contractors.) I checked and found that Western Sunset had all applicable insurance. Bill provided a very professional written contract with a very reasonable price for my job. On the day of the work, Bill came out (on time) and was accompanied by Josh a long time employee. They began work immediately and finished quickly. Very professional job. Perfect cleanup. Couldn't be happier. I highly recommend Western Sunset. I also found out that Western Sunset is a general contractor and is licensed to do any kind of construction.
