Nate told my husband that they would winterize and restart in spring for 3 years as part of our contract. They came out and winterized at no cost, no problem last winter. When I called to get an appt for them to come out and start up, was told by receptionist/ofc person that it would be $250-350 to restart ( basically turn a couple knobs) i advised of the three year agmt and she said they did not do that and there would be a charge. My husband called and asked to speak with Nate or give him a message to contact my husband to confirm. This never happened. She advised if we restart ourselves, it would void our warranty. Kind of feeling like a bait n switch there.... What is a quality sprinkler system is now diminished by the lack of concern/customer service from the Co. We are disappointed as I did my due diligence to locate Nationscapes and my husband really liked and trusted Nate."
