"I hired Bob to do repairs and renovation of a condo rental unit. He renovated the bathroom with new tiles, replacing bathroom rotten wood frame window with a vinyl frame, installing new light fixtures and repairing bathroom plumbing, repairing torn screens, as well as repainting interior walls and trim throughout the unit and installing new shades throughout. He also plastered water-damaged ceilings and cleaned and organized the basement storage area. On the exterior he replaced a rotted window frame and missing clapboards, then patched and painted the wall. Bob arrived early each day and worked diligently. Bob is a great problem solver and works with you to suggest ways to do repairs for the best outcome while keeping costs down. His work is high quality. I would definitely hire him again."

"Adam, from Sidewinder, was willing to come from a relatively far distance to do this job. He was able to efficiently evaluate the problem, and hire the appropriate parts to complete the project. I found him to be knowledgeable, easy to work with, reliable, and reasonably priced."

Former Soldier, French Foreign Legionnaire 2010-2015. Production Manager in prefabricated walls and roof trusses, have done all types of repair and remodeling from shelves to awnings to exterior walls and sheds. No task too big or small!

"I love working with Mulligan Painting and Contracting! They just completed the fifth painting job for me and I am so pleased. Gerry, Kyle and the crew are always prompt, professional and willing to go the extra mile to make sure the customer is satisfied. The most recent project was a two bedroom rental unit, and they understood from the start that the timeline was tight. Not only were they able to deliver, but the job was finished a little ahead of schedule. They even took the time to wax my hardwood floors when the paining was complete. Attention to little details like this set them apart in my book. If you have ever worked with contractors before, you know that when you find one who shows up when he says he will and gives you a reasonable estimate that doesn’t magically start growing with mysterious charges, you’ve found gold! I will definitely be using them again."

"I had 100 year old columns that were rotting from ant damage. I had new columns custom made, and hired MA Design to remove the old ones and install the new ones. John L. the foreman, was friendly, helpful and competent as was the team that assisted. The job was not an easy one, as the new columns were difficult to match. I was pleased with the final result."

"we hired Daddy and junior the third time. this time to finish our sunroom renovation. the job was done excellent again. there was a lot of details needed for the work as we had exposed beams in the ceiling and they did a great job. i will definitely hire them again for my next renovation job."

"They did a great job, no fuss. We scheduled via email and then they emailed to let me know the work had been completed. From the cards they left, they also do window washing, and I may have them do that in the spring."

"Don and his team did a fantastic job on my full bathroom remodel, as well as putting in a new closet in one of my bedrooms and taking care of various other handyman projects for my place. I found him very easy to work with and very honest. He honors his commitments, and was clear on his schedule. He never placed other jobs in front of mine once work was underway. He is very capable, asking key questions and then using his experience to come up with a good plan of how to implement my requests. Of course, I needed to do my part in providing any needed supplies that were unique to the project (such as tile, bathroom fixtures, etc.). In some cases, I had very specific plans, in which case he listened to me and followed those plans while offering suggestions for improvement. There were a few cases where I wanted changes as the work proceeded, and he was very responsive in making those changes. He is very proud of his work and stands by it. I've attached a few pictures. The first photo shows the closet he built after he removed an old wall-mounted version. The removal of the old version also involved removing very old wallpaper and patching the drywall where needed. As you can see in the picture, it came out beautiful, and he and his team were the ones that installed the wood floor and painted the room. The second photo shows the new bathroom vanity and medicine cabinet that was part of a full bathroom remodel that he did. This was a substantial update since it required a change in the location of the vanity along with the corresponding plumbing and electrical work. He had to build up and move several of the walls, and he created the custom shelves seen in the photo. He also installed the tile floor, put in a new bathroom door, replaced the lights and fan and switches, put in new sheet rock and baseboard trim, and painted the walls and ceiling. Along the way, there were a few surprises and he was able to help me navigate through each of them to achieve results that I am very happy with. The third photo shows the new bathtub and tile that he installed. The tile looks fantastic, and he was careful to insure that studs were placed where the grab bars are located in order to get a solid install. I found Don so easy to work with that I also hired him to do other work around the place, including putting in new ceiling lights, new dimmer switches for those lights, new interior doors, performing various drywall repairs and painting, and several other handyman projects. I would definitely hire him again."

"What a great experience and final product. Eddie and Simon were relentless in finding the perfect stones for the new retaining wall and front steps. Installation was done beautifully and with a masterful eye. They also installed the new railing on the steps, which came out beautifully, too. All of our neighbors have dropped by and commented on how incredible everything looks (and how jealous they are). I can't say enough about their professionalism, craftsmanship, and drive to please their clients. Plus, they're really nice guys!"

"It was great to have one person to deal with renovations of the bathroom. The ability to synchronize the installation of plumbing and electrical so that the finishing work could be completed saved more then a week on the project. The contractor’s subs were on time and left the space clean and ready for use immediately."
