"While I am happy with the work performed, I am extremely dissatisfied with the customer service afterwards. I was promised to get a copy of a paid invoice once my check that I paid was cleared by the bank. It's been nearly 3 weeks since then, but I still haven't received a copy of the invoice. I have texted and called numerous times but did not get a response. I'm starting to think that the worked they performed was not legitimate. I need the paid invoice to apply for the MD EV install credit. "

Then, they broke my lock and broke into my sprinkler room which I saw on my video which they admitted. Then, Kolb sued me for not paying the bill which I disputed due to lost tools as result of the break-in. Who does that breaking into a customer's sprinkler room and not informing that they did. I had to catch them on my video. Not only that it took over one year to the work proposed work. TOTAL FRAUD. I will be going to court...."
