PestNow brand was founded in Virginia in 1995 as Superior Pest Management when four high school friends came together to form their own company. Today, we have multiple locations in three states, and serve thousands of happy customers. We offer pest control; termite treatments and warranties; mosquito, flea & tick control; WDIs (real estate inspections); lawn fertilization & weed control; TAP insulation; and wildlife solutions for homeowners and businesses in the mid-Atlantic.
"PestNow was hired to inspect our house for termites. This was required by the lender of the family buying our house. PestNow found a pile of wood leaning up against a deck column they said needed repair due to termite damage. PestNow also required the entire house be treated. There were no termites found anywhere other than the pile of wood, according to PestNow. They quoted us for over $800 to treat the house. We questioned the need and amount so they lowered it to $580. As a result of PestNow stating they found termites in the deck column, the lender of the buyers required the deck column be repaired due to termite damage. The deck repair company assessed the deck column agreeing it needed to be repaired, but not due to termites, rather moisture. I question whether PestNow found termites at all. Their unethical tactics cost us well over $1,000. Beware of PestNow."

I went to use my pellet stove a few days later when it got cold enough to turn it on and it was inoperable and had not been reassembled correctly. Took over an hour to discover a disconnected wire and to put the panels back on properly. There was still dust and pellets throughout the stove and the glass wasn't even cleaned. I sent an email to the company and filled out a contact form through their website and they never acknowledged me. Won't be using this company again."
