Corey W (H) was the tech that came out to the house and troubleshooted/resolved the problem (leaking refrigerant). He also advised on probability of future repairs. Sadly, the unit performed well for only a short time before failing. It was time to consider my options. Repairs were becoming more frequent and costly. Tyler (H System Designer) visited and walked around my house inspecting my current HVAC system. We discussed repairing or replacing my ailing AC unit. He recommended replacing with a split ductless system and emailed a quote for 1. Enhanced Mitsubishi hyper heat mini split system (system) 2. Favorable financing options - low interest rates and affordable monthly payments. The install took a week. "Rob was great from the estimate visit, to estimate delivery, and in coordinating the installation appointment (had to sub-contract in a roofer). On the day of service, Rob and Austin arrived on time (as did the roofers) and made quick work of the installation. It seems a rarity to find truly knowledgeable and friendly contractors that are both prompt and excellent communicators. This experience shined on all fronts. Will definitely be using Tim Kyle again. "I called Pohlman to replace my Gas water heater. I was very pleased with their service. They were very professional, came out on the same day, took the old tank with them and cleaned up well behind themselves, They finish the job in a timely manner and their price was fair. "Henry initially was going to do the work on Memorial Day saying he worked all the time. After discovering that his supplier would not be working on Memorial Day he rescheduled to the following Friday and voluntarily knocked $200 off the price. Friday arrived and Henry & crew did an excellent job removing the old unit and installing the new unit. A week or so after installation I noticed some weird noises when the AC ran. They tracked down the problems to parts of the old system that they had not touched. System is now performing well. Would highly recommend to anyone."

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"He spent a lot of time explaining things and even went out of his way to help repair a humidifier. In the process, he also found a number of things to be replaced and/or repaired. Assuming my units work properly (its too cold now to really test), I think it was worth it. I was concerned when one unit stopped working during his work. He was able to find that a connection was not working and switched wires. Given all the press about AC repair vendors that find ways to break things so that they need to be replaced, I was wary. In fact, that's why I put off the inspection this long. Nevertheless, the time and effort Ivan spent explaining things to me and showing them to me made me feel more comfortable. So...a $100 inspection turned into a $550 preventative repair, plus more in the winter......but for now, I would definitely call him back."

"Initial contact with the office to schedule and purchase the "deal"  (3 guys for 2 hours and a 16' truck) went smoothly and found the two employees who helped me on the two different calls I made to be polite and helpful. I got a confirmation call at the end of the week for my SUNDAY move date, which was good.  Our move was scheduled for a 12-2pm window. I was told I'd be called when the movers were on their way. At 1:45pm, fifteen minutes before the end of that window, I called the office to make sure everything was still happening. I was on hold  because "customer service was helping other customers" (or something like that) for several minutes and then it went to voice mail.  I called about every 30 minutes thereafter, hoping to get through to an actual person but realized that it was Sunday and clearly nobody was in the office. So, we just waited and hoped they would eventually show up. We had worked hard to pack and organize everything and needed it moved.  At 5:06pm I got a call from the driver saying they were on the road from the last job and would be there at 5:45pm, if that was still ok....nearly 4 hours after the END of my window. We needed to get it done, so told them to come! The 3 men were polite, efficient and did an excellent job. They weren't exactly apologetic nor did I receive an explanation for why I wasn't given a courtesy call to say they were running late. But, at that point, I just wanted to get the work done and I wanted it done in my 2 hour pre- paid time, without going over, so I didn't want to engage in a discussion about their lateness. I really have nothing but good things to say for the work they did, but I sure find it unprofessional not to give the customer a call by the end of the scheduled window to say  that they were going to be late.  I said in this review I'd use them again, but only if the work being done was on a business day, so that I could call the OPEN office to get help if there was a problem. The cost was very reasonable, the men were polite and efficient, so even with the lateness issue, I'd probably use them again for a similar job.
