"The service call was placed on 12/10; vendor callled same day but was unable to respond until 12/14. He was prompt and declared the faucet was unreparable.. I asked if he could not try to repair but he said he cold not do that because if it din'fix the problem he could not replace the faucet. He stated that the replacement would not be exact but similar. My faucet had separaate lever for turn on/off but he said the replacement would probably be part of the sprout. We did not really appreciate this but he offered no probable favorable solution.. Not happy with response time but realize a close to weekend call caused this. Did not appreciate not even attempting repair."

"He came to inspect job first. I told Clayton the brand & type I wanted and I told him I would buy them (2) myself. We set a date and he came on time and installed both and is taking the old one's. He cleaned and prepped the area and cleaned up after. Very fine gentleman. Great upbringing, use to hard work, and pleasing his customer's. Let me set the date, I let him set the time.
