He investigated and diagnosed the problem with the timer of my dryer. He checked the knob first and found that it was broken. I was delighted to find that the timer was not broken. The timer would cost a fee, should I have asked to repair it. After finding the cause of the malfunction, he worked with me to ensure that I will get the replacement knobs online, which are specific to my dryer, among many other knobs.
