"Nate took care of some wifi issues we were having, setting up hotspots around the house. He also helped with swapping out an Xfinity box and some computer issues. I was happy at the time, he's a nice guy who even worked with me on a payment plan to spread out the cost (which was truly appreciated after I was laid off by my employer). That said, Nate has completely disappeared, not returning calls, emails or text messages after several attempts. This disappearing act is a HUGE problem since we weren't provided the login details for any of the aforementioned, leaving us powerless to deal with new issues we're now having. For example: I can't swap out my old Xfinity equipment because I don't have login details (required for setting up the new equipment). This has lead to threats from Xfinity of shutting off my service because I'm being charged hundreds of dollars for gear that's supposed to be returned. I expected a higher level of professionalism and better service from Nate, unfortunately I now feel like I got truly screwed over and wouldn't recommend him to anyone."

"We had mold that another company removed. Todd and Dave at Booth Home repair were very professional during the estimate phase and pointed out a few areas the other three contractors did not see. They were punctual, friendly and had a reasonable quote. They started when they said they would, and treated our house as if it were their own. "Great! Tom Crome, who I dealt with exclusively, certainly knows his business! I had 2 medium sized pictures, 1 very large picture (3&1/2’ by 4’) went along smoothly and when they needed adjusting Tom and Andres took their time, making little more adjustments till I was completely satisfied. The last piece was a heavy mirror, weighing 150lbs, with the dimensions of 4’ by 4’. Tom looked carefully at the mirror and told me that the mirror was originally made for a bureau which is how the mirror was supposed to be attached to. He then told me that he would figure something out but because the mirror had fallen once before, miraculously not breaking, I was relieved and told Tom that I would replace it. I came to this decision because I trust Tom implicitly and didn’t want any horrible accidents. Tom Cromer is your guy!"

Prompt, dedicated, great communication, and all the tools and supplies to get the job done. I felt their prices were reasonable, especially as the work was completely done when they left - no punch list, no coming back another day to finish. Cleaned up really well, too. I'm 100% satisfied."
