"My water dispenser needed repair which required a part. Apparently the part took months to get in stock. I had to call and inquire if it had been received and remind them of the repair. The tech came and installed it, and I was told that while repaired another part was still required. The repair is satisfactory and appears to be in working order but he never called me back and I’ve never been contacted about what the follow up was to be. That was weeks ago. Extremely frustrating. This is why I only gave four stars. The fact that I have had to keep chasing them rather than the customer service being provided to me."

When Nelson came out he was so well detail oriented and may I say he really knows his stuff. "Very easy to work with in terms of responsiveness. Reasonable pricing but the craftmanship itself is phenomenal. This is my second project with him and I will definitely be using him for any projects in my house moving forward. He is really good at what he does. By moving the laundry from the basement to the second floor was not easy because I didn't have a lot of space to do it and several people said that we can't do it but he's the only person who made it work and it's beautiful. It's perfect. It's exactly what I was looking for. His knowledge and his craftmanship is phenomenal."

"The initial build went reasonably well. We did find problems which they did come back and fix. I noticed a railing support that was cracked. I was told that I must of done it, that was that. The plugs that cover the screw holes in the stairs are falling out. I looked for some at Home Depot, but couldn't find the right color. I still had Chase's cell #, so I texted him and asked if he could send me some plugs, and I would do it myself. No response. Tried again the next day, still no response. I'm not surprised. Aging the build was decent, price was higher than most. Now that nearly 2 years have gone by, and customer service should be anticipated, nothing. Never again."
