"Excellent . The Estimator showed up 2 minutes before the appointed time & after a quick 20-minute survey of the exterior of the house, was able to give me a written estimate. The rest of the job was conducted in similar fashion. The installation crew showed up on time, were competant & courteous & completed job on time. When completed, I was asked to walk the job to make sure the cleanup was acceptable. Not enough "cold" time has gone by for me to comment on the reduction in heating costs but as for the work, this outfit gets my unqualified recommendation."

"This company is awesome! They were professional, prompt, and clean, and the work was high quality. The office kept me informed every step of the way - communication was clear and informative. The installers were very respectful of our home and on completion, we could hardly tell they had been there at all. Most important is that our house is now significantly warmer - nk drafts or cold zones and we already observe that our heating is not continually pumping out heat - the house stays warm all day. Their knowledge of R values and how to properly insulate for best results is second to none. Top Notch installed both blown in insulation and rolled in insulation in my attic. Part of my attic had exposed floor joists. They build a walkway so I could easily access the unfinished portion of my attic. They offered advise and guidance for additional projects. They were flexible with my schedule and were able to squeeze me in so my other projects would not fall behind. "A soft wall due to improperly installed gutter by some other entity or homeowner caused water to constantly leak into the wall from the exterior roofline. This soft wall grow moldy and become riddled with pests/bugs. The contractor identified the potential issues, agreed to explore and open the walls and discuss the conditions, made sound recommendations for repair and did exactly what was noted in the repair (replaced a load bearing exterior wall, fixed the sill plate, completed the roof, shingles etc. and closed up the walls on the inside with insulation and sheet rock.). The work was timely, well done, the workers were clean as they did the job and kept the rest of the property clean. The manager of the job David Apel was and is an excellent communicator with phone/email/text and photos of processes and progress. I am going to use this company in my own investment endeavors on other properties and projects given the level of finished work, the timing and especially the level of detailed communication."
