"Needed a gutter replaced after the recent strong storms in Oxford, CT. Gutter was approximately 58 feet in length, with a guard. Also needed a drip edge replaced that was damaged. SOS Restoration was at my home within 2 days of calling them for an estimate. They were very reasonable, spot on to the insurance adjuster’s number AND beat other competitors by several hundred dollars. Extremely professional and easy to communicate + set up a date for the repair. Work was completed in a timely manner and looks great! The owner, Gordon, suggested a "floating" floor over the bricks as well as lifting the doors to accommodate the higher floor. Ron, who completed the job was absolutely amazing. "Leo and Company advised us to get a metal coil to replace the plastic one we had bought to have a better-quality and longer-lasting shower head that we had purchased, as the plastic coil can leak. They went to Lowe's for us and bought a high-quality metal coil and attached it in a short amount of time. We have hired them twice and will call them for all of our plumbing and carpentry needs. They are friendly, honest, highly skilled, and very reasonably priced. We have never hired a better company to service our needs."
