Despite the tight deadline, David assured me he could get it done, & he absolutely delivered. He provided a fair price upfront that remained consistent throughout the project. When unexpected issues came up that could have increased costs, David was transparent about the options and worked with me to stay within budget. His communication was clear & consistent from start to finish. The finished room turned out amazing, better than I could have imagined! I gave David creative control over the colors and layout, and his vision perfectly captured what I’d hoped for from our very first meeting. "????? If I could give zero stars, I would Hiring this contractor was a nightmare from start to finish. The bathroom they delivered is so poorly done that I feel like I need to redo it entirely. They rely on subpar subcontractors with no professionalism or craftsmanship. ? Overpromise and underdeliver: I had to stay on top of every detail myself, doing the job the contractor was hired to manage. ? Unreliable: Never kept appointments or confirmed schedules. The only time they showed up on time was to collect payment. ? Unsafe practices: At one point, a subcontractor was cutting concrete inside the bathroom with a gas?powered tool, filling my entire home with smoke. I had to intervene to stop it and argue just to get basic protections like tarps in place. ? Poor management: Subcontractors openly complained about not being paid, and I even had to send one home myself because of unacceptable behavior. ? End result: Substandard work that does not reflect the money spent. Save yourself "

The ideas you gave us for updates, Kevin and the others always arriving on the scheduled dates and times and always quickly handling any “glitches” that happened along the way. "Steve is awesome! He does amazing work and communicates about everything. Steve replaced our door and and the rotting floor behind it. He also painted all the walls and trim in the main parts of our house. He hired a plasterer to fix our ceiling in our kitchen and he will be back to replace one of our windows in the front too. We will definitely be hiring him again."
