"Fence Pros Direct did a wonderful job fencing our backyard! We recently bought a house after moving to RI from out of state, and moved in with our two pups. The backyard wasn’t fenced though when we moved in, so the dogs couldn’t go out. I called between 10-15 fence companies, and Fence Pros Direct was the only company that could still fit us in this year. Chad came out, measured the yard, and sent us a quote a few days later. While it wasn’t the lowest quote we received, it was well worth it to use to use a company that communicated well, and was able to come out in an efficient timeframe. Less than two weeks from when I originally reached out, our fence was built! The crew that came out to actually set it up was incredibly friendly, & built the fence in just a few hours. It appears to be very sturdy & well constructed. They answered all my questions, and built it exactly as anticipated. Payments can all be made through an e-check portal, and Chad was always quick to answer any emails & phone calls. I would definitely recommend this company for all your fencing needs!"

"Fantastic experience with ABS. I’m embarrassed to say when they told me Colleen would be out to measure, I thought , a girl ??!! Total projection since I can’t even measure a rug. She really knows her stuff ! Had great ideas and was completely understanding of keeping my little terror dog from having any slack to start to dig. As you can see my land is hilly and they got this right to the ground. Perfect ! I was also concerned about keeping the view. Colleen explained a 4 foot fence would take care of this. She also encouraged me to sit on the deck with someone holding a measuring stick to be sure it wouldn’t impact the view. I love the way she thinks and communicates! Every-time I had a question she had the answer. She explained things in a way that wasn’t condescending or showed annoyance. I think I was annoying lol. I would’ve wanted to tell me to shut up. The guys who showed up worked nonstop. It was pouring rain and they didn’t care. I told them they could come on a better day but they kept plugging away. I am so impressed with this entire crew , including the excellent communication of the office staff ! Customer service is alive and well on the Cape. Just call ABS fence. You’re welcome !"

"Jose Correia is a consummate professional. He and his team worked tirelessly in the spring of 2021 to remove my old faded lawn. Although I had some irrigation system issues once the lawn was reseeded, Jose stuck with the project throughout the summer. He carefully cut the grass and did all of the other necessary services that made my lawn look respectable. In the fall of 2021, he dug up the front lawn where the weeds had taken over, aerated the soil, receded the lawn, and fertilized it. In two weeks, I had the beginnings of a spectacular lawn. To this day, I smile every time I walk outside; it looks that good. Jose was patient and knew that the duration of his efforts would pay off in the long run. "These guys are the greatest! They saved us a lot of money! We had a dumpster before the bullbag and for 3 tons of material and a week rental of the dumpster it cost us $486! We own the bullbag now, had a full bag - 3.5 tons - picked up and it was only $229! We didn't have any rental charges, excess weight fees, or anything! These guys did everything they said they would! OMG! Everyone should use these guys!!!!! Also, I got the bullbag back! I never have to buy another one and its ready to use whenever I feel like doing a clean out or renovation."

They assigned different contractors to do the construction work. One of the contractors said that the job was too big and that they could not do it, which was fine. I respect that. The secretary stated that she would try to find other contractors to do the job. The owner came and walked through the house and we spoke about what needed to be done in the house. I did not feel confident in his contractor because he seemed that he did not know what he was doing. I wanted him to do one specific thing. The owner wanted to take down the whole wall. I just wanted to reopen a small section. I started to feel like they were pushing me. For those reasons I felt uncomfortable and did not go with them. The quote was detailed.
