"We hired Dugas for pest control services after purchasing our new home in 2016. We pay for quarterly services and receive our bill quarterly. They are always on time, friendly and ask how we are doing each visit. Any problems that arise in between services, we just give them a call and they are quick to come out. They offered a competitive termite protection plan and we plan to purchase that product next year. Overall we have had no issues and recommend to friends and family."

"Mr. Parker arrived about 4:30 in the afternoon. He was surprised to find the pest was not under the house. It required further investigation. He worked until nearly 8 pm to locate and removed the dead opossum. He repaired the cedar closet wall and exterior wall. He was great at explaining what he was doing, patient with our elderly grandmother, who was the homeowner, as well as with my toddler who was very interested in what he was doing. We were very pleased. <br />"
