When doing the swap over of the switches, it became clear that it couldn't be done easily and that rewiring would be needed if I wanted the swap. As I didn't want the rewiring, George returned it to the way it was. I was a bit concerned now as I thought as the swap over of the switches cut into the estimated time to do the dimmer it wouldn't get done. George, however, installed it anyway within the time allocated. Yes, I would recommend George."

"On the same day that I entered the work request online, Rich reached out at the end of his work day to schedule the appointment. He would fit me in between other jobs to get an assessment, so the time would be either in the morning or the afternoon. He reached out about an hour before arrival and he and Vince showed up promptly. They spent a good bit of time trying to figure out what was wrong. They worked with the outlets, switches and breakers - all to no avail. It's an old house with several renovation projects that occurred. Rich explained that in these old houses, sometimes it can be nearly impossible to find the issue. He said there are two options - to come back and try to find the problem (no guarantee the problem could be found) or circumvent the issue and install a new outlet. I decided to go with the new outlet and scheduled time for the following day. Rich again reached out and scheduled a firm time and showed up promptly. He and Vince completed the job and I feel the charges were fair. He also pointed out that the main panel should probably be redone and explained why. I appreciated the feedback and his recommendations. I really appreciated that he tolerated my barking dogs and did not show any annoyance...Vince seemed to enjoy getting to know a few of them =) They were both professional and polite during the entire process."

"Brian and his son gave me a heads up call and showed up on time. The switch replacement took less than 15 minutes and only cost $105 ($80 arrival + $25 switch). Brian is a very nice, polite guy...I will call them first the next time that I have any electrical issues. Found them on the internet and got lucky!"

From scheduling with Miranda, to letting me know when Ryan (Electrician) would arrive and her follow up after the job was done to assure my satisfaction with the work, added the personal touch to their business. Great Customer Service!! As for Ryan, the licensed Electrician, he was professional, explained everything and completed the job efficiently and aesthetically pleasing. I needed a GFI for my irrigation system. It was originally housed in a rotted cabinet on the side of the house. He removed the old and installed a GFI switch and hung the irrigation mechanism and made it look pleasing. He also informed me that my circuit board was Very Old and suggested i replace the breakers. Funny thing, i had a list of things to check inside the house after he was done. When we entered the home after he replaced the circuit breakers, all the things (fans, lights, etc) that had not been working....were all on and working. Thanks Ryan! I feel safe in my home thanks to Ryan. It is very comforting knowing that a knowledgeable Licensed Electrician assures that your home is safe! Wonderful electrician and reasonably priced! I Highly Recommend Mauser Electric for your electrical needs. I have plans to use him again to have a few new lines installed for outside lights. "It went smoothly from the beginning. Unlike a typical bathroom fan/light combination I wanted the two functions separated and positioned in different spots. The original way I planned the installation would not work due to some ceiling joist positioning; Eric suggested an alternate way that was both functional and aesthetic. In addition I needed a GFI outlet repositioned due to a planned larger medicine cabinet. Eric repostioned the outlet working in rerouting the wiring from the attic. Eric and his crew kept me informed all the time they were working and cleaned up after themselves when done. I would highly recommend Master's Electric."
