We had bought tiles for installation in the area just inside the front door, and his guys did that installation as well, also a fantastic job. They're as fastidious as he. We did not move out during the installation, and because of the pandemic we were inside almost all of the time. The crew did everything possible to make our lives comfortable during the work. I was amazed that it only took them 2.5 days to complete the job. They really have this process down. I would give Tao and his crew six stars if that were possible. I selected Taozen flooring on the basis of its excellent reviews on this site, but I was blown away by their exceeding my expectations. I'm recommending him to everyone!"
