They had to come back in July because water was seeping into the basement from another area. They scheduled the additional work quickly. Conan and Charles added the additional gutter to the existing gutter and did not have to put in another pump with outside drain. The work invoice was adjusted to a lower cost, and we are satisfied . Time will tell if our basement stays dry. Wish they had done all the gutter work originally , as it is noisy and dusty , Thanks , especially Conan!"

Mike even [painfully] removed the frozen-in-place Church Seat toilet seat [very labor intensive] and installed a new color-matched composite seat unit. First class job."

"This review is solely about the installation portion of the Puronics Water Treatment System since it was just installed today. The install team arrived on time, ready to go to work. The location of my main water line was tricky to get to, but they found a great solution to tap into the line via a drop-ceiling access point. They located the Hydronex Water Conditioning Cylinder and Salt Backflush Container exactly where I wanted it. Their work was clean, tight, and very professional. The RO system was backordered, so they explained that they will return within the week to install that portion of the project. They prepped for the RO install by drilling and installing the faucet in my granite countertop. After the install, they explained the whole system to my wife and I and we were up and running with conditioned water. I can't say enough about my experience with Chuck on the initial phone call, Miles who provided the water testing and sold me the system, and Ryan who installed the system. So far, I can't envision any issues that might arise with Orbit Water Solutions since they have provided outstanding service to this point!"

"It went extremely well! They were punctual, hardworking and professional. It was necessary to dig up my neighbor's landscaping, so they were very careful to disturb only what was necessary and to restore everything to its original condition. They even replaced her broken underground downspout extension (which was draining into my basement!) without comment or additional charge. When my neighbor accused them of causing a problem, MJ was quick to respond and the team on-site made a point of apologizing to her in person. I don't think MJ caused the problem, so I was very impressed that they "went high" to investigate the matter and, as I said, apologize for the inconvenience she felt she suffered. The work they did inside to remove mold and seal the wall was thorough and neat. The gentleman doing the work cleaned up everything and took all of his equipment and trash with him. his is especially important since he was working with strong chemicals. My contact in the office was prompt to address anything I threw her way. It was easy to make payments online. Best of all - no sign of water in the basement since they were here!!"
