"I noticed that my computer wasn't working properly and I couldn't fix it. I purchased an Angie's List "deal" with Dave's Computers to solve the problem. Dave was able to remote into my computer and immediately knew that malware and/or spyware were affecting it. He ran software to clean it up and it worked but not completely. He then ran more software, removed a lot of junk, defragged the computer, and it worked better than when I got it. I was very impressed with his professionalism and service. <br />"

"My 7-year old HP laptop suddenly died on 9/6/2021 (Labor Day). Despite the holiday, I phoned AL at Cyber Team Solutions (he had originally setup the unit). During a phone consultation, he advised that repair was a waste. He then offered replacement characteristics so I would know what to buy. On 9/15, he arrived at my home where he transferred my files and reconfigured the new unit to behave just like the old one. Great customer care! (He was particularly kind to someone who often feels technically challenged.) I highly recommend Al and the wonderful service that he provides."

"Alex of Indycomp provided excellent, quick service.  Situation was that I hoped to resell my old iMac with an out-of-date operating system, but Alex evaluated the computer and said the operating system could be brought up to speed.  This was good news because in the meantime I had decided to give the computer to my two grade-school nephews who live in southern Indiana.  Plan was for Alex to have computer ready by Easter weekend so that it could be taken down to a family celebration.  Alex did the evaluation and upgrade professionally and quickly over a 2-day period, and I was able to delight the nephews with a "new" computer.  They were appreciative and so was I.  Great work, Alex. <br /> Alex also evaluated an older Kindle I wished to sell.  While he couldn't buy it, he gave me an evaluation, and I did sell it elsewhere. <br /> My advice:  don't hesitate to take computers or any electronic gadget to Indycomp.  You won't be disappointed with the service; in fact, you'll probably be as pleased as I was. <br />"
