"We hired Americraft for our kitchen and laundry room remodel. The remodel included: gutting kitchen, installing new cabinetry and windows, laying luxury vinyl flooring, and painting. The team including Vinnie (Project manager), Shawn and Vic were excellent and very professional. They answered any questions we had, and quickly rectified any concerns. The team was very flexible with additions we thought of after the project started. After the project was completed, we found them responsive to one minor adjustment to a kitchen cabinet door. During the project we were kept well informed of what to expect including any delays. We felt comfortable having them in our home. They arrived promptly and cleaned up before leaving for the day. The quality of the workmanship was excellent including the plumbing, electrical, cabinetry, dry walling, painting, and trim work. The communication from the project manager Vinnie was excellent. We will use Americraft for any future projects."

"The JK Complete Remodeling team is very talented. They helped me design the basement remodel (about 1000 sq feet) with a bathroom, bedroom, kitchen/bar, tv area, storage, coat closet and kids area including building it all out. They walked us through the different steps of the build out and made wonderful suggestions on what would look best or makes the most sense in layout, electrical switches/outlets, etc. Their carpentry, tiling and stone work is impressive as you can see from the pictures. They built the shelves and wine rack in the bar area, built the frame around the chalkboard paint in the kids area, built out a closet into our garage space. I would highly recommend this professional team."

"Was a very smooth experience from start to finish. From the initial contact person, to the person that came to my home to scope out the work, to the supervisor for the job to the two guys doing the work. All were very good at their jobs. I just needed to have the cracked tub surround replaced in a small bathroom and wasn't sure that anyone would want to do that small of a job. They were up front from the start that if they were going to do the work that they would also need to replace the plumbing as they would not take the chance of doing work with leaking plumbing behind it. I then also decided to have a the soffit above the shower (from a previous owner's remodel job) removed which added a lot of work to remove the framing and install ceiling dry wall, making the job much more complicated. I told them that my biggest requirement was going to be that if I was going to pay for someone to do something that I could do myself that when it was finished I expected it to look much better than what I could have done. When it was done they exceeded that goal greatly and every day now I notice some other small detail that the nailed perfect."

They clearly had deep experience with this kind of setup and managed the entire project smoothly—from adding new wiring to routing ductwork through the ceiling. I hadn’t seen this type of installation in anyone else’s home, so I was a bit unsure going in. But their attention to detail and confident approach quickly put my mind at ease. "I hired Salvador's company after talking with and receiving quotes from 4 companies. Salvador is very responsive. Salvador did a great job managing difficult schedules and was great at keeping in touch through this process. Although the project complete was of high quality, I'm mainly writing this review to highlight Salvador's professionalism through a particularly difficult challenge. After the drywall work was complete, his first (of two) floor crews came in to complete the hardwood floor installation. This first crew was NOT professional and installed the floor without providing the remedial work to the sub-floor that was needed for a quality installation. I wasn't made aware of this until the entire floor was completed an I noticed "soft spots" in several areas. I called Salvador to discuss the situation that day. Rather than try to argue that the installation was acceptable or give me a discount, Salvador asked if there was another day he could come by to redo the complete installation and absorb all costs to do so. This is a sign of a service provider that understands the value of a happy customer. Because of his actions, not only will I hire him again, but will also advocate for and recommend his company to others. Salvador demonstrated a high degree of integrity and clearly a positive resolve."
