Hi, I’m Xavier and I have been working in home improvement and repairs for 20+ years. I have experience in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, & handyman task. I love sharing my skills & ideas when needed. I love the reactions of happy clients.

"Ike repaired the exterior hose faucet and replaced the kitchen faucet with great attention to detail. He assessed the repairs and gave us an estimate prior to doing the work. He is very informative and professional. I highly recommend Ike and Heil Plumbing for any plumbing project."

"Eric was the best. He did what another Plunbing company couldn’t do. My drains are working properly and I couldn’t be happier. Thank you for helping me Eric."

"Michael was very knowledge and he explained to me what was wrong with the faucet. He was very patience with me when I was asking him several question. When I told him over the phone what was wrong, he knew exactly the problem. Now my faucet is working well."

"I still have the problems. The flushing, it sometimes doesn't go down. It didn't work out as good as I thought it would work out. I would say that it might not worked. They didn't say if something needs to be replaced or anything else. It is a hit or miss thing."

"James was incredibly fast to respond to me when a plumbing issue came up. He was very communicative, letting me know what time he would arrive and he arrived on time and fixed it for us in no time. Would hire again!"

"He did fix my toilets leaks and changed the fill valve and flapper. Meticulously done. Skilled worker. The next job we are planning to change my water heater"

"The plumber that came was professional and friendly. Explained everything completely, was happy to reexplain it to the landlord that had to approve payment, and did the work quickly and well. I was very impressed overall with the service we received. Overall we had a shut-off valve, a pressure release valve and a home pressure regulator all replaced."

"Overall it went great--we have used them twice and the results were excellent. The tubs look brand new without the hassle or expense of a new tub. The appointment had to be rescheduled by the provider a couple of times but other than that all went well.

"We love our new kitchen! American Kitchen Concepts was highly recommended by family for their good service. Dan took a lot of the anxiety and confusion out of the process. We had driven ourselves crazy touring individual retailers for flooring, cabinetry, countertops and so forth. So many options, so many decisions and so much coordination required! Dan’s showroom has a nice selection of all those products. After a couple of visits and with his advice and help, we were able to put together materials and a design that we loved at a competitive price we could afford (using discounts). He suggested improvements we now love (e.g., the undercabinet lighting and touch-on faucet). Some of our want-to-haves proved impractical. The spice rack and “magic corner” shelves could not fit in the spaces we allotted for them. Dan swapped them out for other good options and refunded the extra cost. They were also able to repair problems discovered during demo, for a fee. The lead team member, Cameron, has a wealth of skills and knowledge. He made sure everything was done properly and to our satisfaction. Dan is the owner, designer, liaison to suppliers and project manager. He is the single point of contact and responsibility, making things much less stressful. Construction was done in under 4 weeks (record time according to some friends). Months later they will still swing by if we need advice or adjustments. Again, we love our new kitchen!"
