"SP Fence is the Best! We selected SP Fence after noting they were the highest rated company on several sites. They wouldn’t let a thing like a pandemic get in the way of serving their customers. When the Virus caused material supply issues, they gave us the choice of waiting for the material we asked for or getting an upgrade to an in stock, higher priced material – for the same price! When the Virus caused one of their work crews to quarantine, they sent a one-man team to build our fence. He single-handedly, over four days, built our fence in 90 degree temps, and did a great job! When we called about punch list items (nail pops, etc.), the owner came out the following week and personally saw to our needs. We love our fence. Call now to get a quote for next year!"

"The initial phone call to Alex, the owner, was fine. The fellow who came out for an estimate was late, but he apologized. His estimate was fairly simple. We agreed on the price, with half paid before and half after completion. The start date was changed 3 times and it cost me a few day's off work for nothing. Once the start day arrived, the 9am start time came and went. After 2 more phone calls to Alex, the 2 man crew arrived. (Alex made up an excuse that they bought the "wrong concrete". The guys worked diligently and got half the job done in one day and removed the old fence. From that point on, I dealt with the workers, not Alex. They came back the next day, finished the job, cleaned up and that was it. Good work, good workers, good materials, but bad management."

"Things went well. They were flexible in their scheduling to visit and make an estimate. The estimate was written on site (others did not get estimates delivered within weeks or at all!) The team was professional, arriving exactly when expected and completing the work quickly. There were two small problems: 1) the fence was placed 18 inches inside of my property line (this was the contractor's error and was corrected at no cost to me), 2) the mailbox was too small to accommodate magazines without damage, this was a standard size that had to be removed and replaced at a $300 cost to me."

"I hired Genaro & Sons' Co. to repair my wooden fence after getting several quotes from other companies. My project was a very small project and i knew I would have to wait for a fence contractor to do my job since most of fence companies are busy installing new installations of fences. Genaro gave me several dates and some of them didn't meet my scheule but they were very flexible and started my project conveinenet for both us. The quote Genaro gave me was in most cases 1/2 the cost of other contractors. When we finalized a date to do my repairs Genaro called me the day they were comming 1 hour before they came and they were prompt and held to that date.
