"Yabi was at my home on time, had the correct parts for the job, honored wearing a mask due to virus, and completed the work within the time he specified. He gave me instructions for ongoing maintenance and recommended frequency of maintenance. He repairs all types of appliances. I live in a condo and I have recommended Yabi to all association owners."

"R&J were the first to respond to my request for service and were able to send a technician the same day. The repair was successful and quickly accomplished by their personable and knowledgeable technician. The price was reasonable and was based on their minimum service call charge plus parts. Great communication from the technician prior to arriving for the job. I am extremely pleased with the performance of R&J Preventive Maintenance and would not hesitate to use them for other appliance repairs."

"My oven 'OFF' switch stopped working. R&J determined I needed a new control panel membrane and quoted a replacement part price of $818 (which I prepaid), advising it might be weeks before the NLA part could be sourced. After 3 weeks of searching, Juliano let me know their sources yielded nothing, so I asked for part number. I found it online myself for <$50, so Juliano promptly refunded the $818. When the part arrived I booked the repair with R&J, assuming they'd honor the promise to credit my $99 initial service call fee toward installation service call. In the end, Juliano declined to honor that promise, which was disappointing. My oven works now though, so all's well that ends well, I guess."

"Frankie came back today & tried to clear a blockage in our refrigerator's evaporator coil. Unfortunately, he wasn't able to do so but spent at least 2 hours of work trying. All he charged us was his $50 call fee. He also advised us that we should replace the fridge. We were very impressed with his honesty and would highly recommend him to anyone needing appliance repairs."
