"TK Contracting did various jobs on a large remodel project that took place over 6 weeks. They did extensive dry-wall repair, replaced walls, millwork, screen doors, flooring. I cannot say enough good things about their unbelievable work ethic and construction knowledge. We did not have one issue over money or having to chase them to come back to the job site to complete the work. They take pride in their work and it shows."

"Job included vinyl siding replacement, windows capped, new soffit, fascia, gutters and downspouts. Had some communication issues and requested someone to speak with regarding these issues. Luke was excellent. He resolved our issues to our satisfaction. House looks great"

"1st project: They did not purchase garage doors with key locks (as I asked)and did not use proper rubber gasket on bottom of door so that there were no gaps. These garages were old and crooked. I hired someone else to finish the work. 2nd project: Removed door and repositioned on another wall where there was set of steps to outside. Installed door but did not do adjustment and repair on the stairs. because they were promised to another job. They left my job for few days and promised to return to finish the stairs and suggested I hold back some money until then.($500) However, when he returned he wanted $2500 more to make the exterior staircase "to code"!! He knew the circumstances of this job upon the original bid. There is not $2500 "extra" dollars in the budget. I asked that he put the window back but he wanted to charge me again to do that. Now I am left with a door to a dangerous side steps. Was this ethical? Also I had to call several times to remove the debris including wire screen used to surround the railing. He doubted it was his but I assured him it was original to the deck. That was in 2015/2016 and I do not know if his current circumstances and or if the employees have changed. However, this issue still remains and done with the owner."

"I can't accurately rate the quality of work yet. This was a roofing repair and I won't know if the work was done well until it rains again."

"I found them on Angie’s List. He showed me pictures of everything and what he took out. He showed me the work and it wasn’t like made up or anything. He took pictures before and after on the roof of the part that was rotten and after he redid it. I was happy with him. I looked afterwards and there was no complaint. They did it in a timely manner, like they said they would. There were rain delays and it wasn’t their problem. They never tried to change the price on me. They cleaned up like nails and stuff in the driveway. I checked the driveway and there weren’t any nails or anything. They did a pretty good job. They did fine and it was a good job. I did have other estimates and they were okay. They called and asked if anything was wrong, and it has been a year. They got delayed and the work got a little hurried but it was damp and they couldn’t get to it. They did everything they were going to do. They didn’t try to cover and not replace certain things to make more profit, and I see all new gutters and everything."

"Amazing. I was absolutely blow away with the level of professionalism this company possesses. Timely, effective, fantastic communication, and delivery of promised clean. I will and have already recommended this company for anyone looking to get their house or patio power washed."

"Work quality rate is actually a 6 or so. Mr. Luzader appeared quickly. He and his staff performed professionally and did very high quality work, like craftsmen, and the price was even reasonable. You could not ask for more."

"MGM replaced a lot of drywall in our basement, and replaced a vinyl plank floor, which had all been damaged by water. They came out quickly with an estimate and began the work even before it was promised. The cost was very fair, and the work quality very good. Polite, neat and hard working. We will hire them for our next job."
