"Very happy with my experience with Joseph and Sons Construction. Was looking for a local contractor to handle several small/medium size projects around the home. Reviews were good so went with them. Could not be more pleased with the quality of work and responsiveness from Angelo. By the time it was finished, he felt like a neighbor Iâ ve known for years. He answered all my questions, and all work was completed exactly as described. The work included new brick and stone patio, foundation repair, porch repair, replacement of basement windows. Also gave many good suggestions for improvements I could do myself. I would definitely recommend them for any projects, big or small, around your home."

"Really enjoyed working with Matt (owner) and Dino- they were friendly and professional, able to accommodate our time frame, and did an amazing job! Would hire them for any home project!"

"As a real estate broker, I’ve seen a lot of renovation work over the years, and John is one of the best contractors I’ve had the pleasure of working with. I first met him when I listed a home he had completely rebuilt from the studs. The quality of his craftsmanship was outstanding, and my clients were thrilled with both the finished product and the entire renovation process. Seeing his work firsthand gave me the confidence to hire him to renovate my own main bathroom, and I’m so glad I did. John exceeded my expectations in every way. He was always punctual, responsive, professional, and genuinely easy to work with. His attention to detail and commitment to quality were evident throughout the entire project, and the finished bathroom is absolutely beautiful. Whether you’re tackling a full home renovation or a smaller project, I highly recommend John. He’s trustworthy, talented, and takes great pride in his work. I wouldn’t hesitate to hire him again."

"We searched a long time to find a company we felt comfortable with and that matched our needs. We believe we found this with Wilbur’s Home Improvements. Everyone we dealt with from the office staff:Julie, Mary, Diana, Silvia and Jessenia, the estimators: Carlos and Jose, the mason: Erik and the work crew: Nolvy, Orlando and Edgar was professional, polite and punctual. I apologize if I forget anyone’s name or left anyone out. All work was done in a timely manner. They arrived early and stayed late 6 days a week and also straightened and cleaned up everything before leaving. They not only protected our house during the work, but our neighbors house as well , even power washing it at the end. (Very generous of them because I wouldn’t have included them, but that’s just me. lol) We had several compliments from neighbors, a few who wanted to hire them on the spot. Overall, we are very, very happy and satisfied with the end results and definitely plan on working with them again. We have lots of projects that need to be done. We will certainly recommend them to anyone in need of home improvements from a company who does quality work."

"We could not be happier with the work performed by Grant, Keith and their team. They were professional throughout the entire process from quote to clean up. The main reason for this project was that our roof had had leaks and ice damming for quite a few years. A previous contractor had done substandard repairs to our chimney after hurricane damage, and the flashing leaked ever since that work was done. We got quotes for the roof repair from three contractors, and Built Well provided the most detailed and cost-effective quote of the three. Because of their professionalism we also had them replace our cedar shingle siding, which was dried and damaged. One really nice touch was that we had a really ugly central air conditioning pipe going up the side of the house, clad in a downpipe. Built Well opened up the wall sheathing and hid that piping inside the wall -- what a difference! The team went the extra mile, paying special attention to some of the finer details of the trim work. I wish i could add photos to this review, because the house is beautiful (with a roof that no longer leaks!). I would not hesitate to recommend Grant and Keith, and will work with them if ever I need any other major work done to the house."

"This is the first time I hired him. Aaron ideas and workmanship were a pleasant surprise. He is in my go-to contact list for home improvement jobs now!"

"Cesar and his crew just finished a remodel of my master bathroom. This is the second major project completed in my home by CSZ (prior kitchen remodel) and once again they exceeded my expectations. Cesar worked with me along the way to come up with the perfect design to ensure all my requirements were met. He is knowledgeable and his attention to detail is second to none. The CSZ crew, Armondo and Benjamin were also a pleasure to work with. They are knowledgeable, trustworthy, and hardworking. They also did an exceptional job cleaning up at the end of each work day. My dog even loves them! I highly recommend CSZ Construction. They will most certainly be back for future projects in my home!"

"Alex was thorough. They were flexible due weather delays on the roof repairs."
