Very flexible once on-site; agreeable to work the project with the customer's input. They did a very nice job on worn, neglected carpeting at my parents home. Vacuumed, shampooed, then repeat vacuumed to finish. Worked quickly and efficiently. Carried in everything they needed with them. Job well done."
