"I called Superior Power and Lighting because I had a power issue with outlets not working in my garage. No tripped breakers in my panel and everything else working in the house that I knew of. Instead of just saying yes and sending a tech out, David took the time to ask me questions and run through simple items to check that could be causing my problem. Clean, efficient, professional and a pleasure to have working for me, they displayed the desire to "go the extra mile" to make sure that I was informed all thru the project and happy. The communication from them was outstanding, I received several texts with time frames and photo's of the techs along with some information. I have never had this type of contact and it was helpful and frankly pretty cool. If you have any type of work you are considering hiring a contractor for, you will be doing yourself a great service to use Mr. Sparky Electric or any of the other divisions of their company if your job can be handled by them."
