"My washer was making a loud noise and wasnâ t draining properly. I called Mr Appliance to service my washer. Appointments was made easy thru the phone. I received a call and confirmation notification of the appointment time which was next day ( within 24 hrs ). As the apt time came closer I received a call and notification of exact time and a picture of the repair person so I knew exactly when and who was coming to my house. Mr Tomasâ s arrived exactly when he said he would. Diagnosed the issue when I explained what was going on . Explained what he found and what needed to be fixed, told me what the approx cost would be, checked to see if part was on his truck, I approved repair he did it in an hour. They were punctual and accurate in the time estimate they provided for the service. They assisted with moving furniture when it was necessary, insisting they do it. Top notch job! The service was a little more expensive than other quotes received but it was worth it for the ease and delivery (Roto brush service). AND- they did it on a Saturday!"
