They were extremely responsive throughout the entire process. During the early design phase, both Marc and Raquel shared design ideas and changes that we hadn't considered. Many of their ideas were incorporated into the final design and elevated the final product. They have decades of experience and can spot opportunities to improve the design, layout, and refine the small details which make a big difference in the end. We added scope to the program as construction progressed and MA Design was amicable to the changes and easily able to absorb the extra work into the schedule given their large team and strong network of sub contractors. When things were uncovered during the project, such as older piping, MA Design presented multiple options with pros and cons of each. This equipped us with the information we needed to make the right decision for our house. Despite the increased scope and challenging macro conditions, MA design was able to complete the project on the low end of their original 16-20 week range estimate. The house turned out better than we could have expected and we're very happy with the quality, price, and professionalism throughout the process.
