"I don't really know how well Mammoth does repair but be careful about how much they charge. I had a simple rebalancing and re-stringing my door that had come undone. It took the repairman about 15 minutes with no parts and was charged $150.00 ($10/minute). I expected $75-100 would had been reasonable but this seemed a little extreme. I was told ahead of time how much the repair would be $150 plus parts but did not think it would be so simple to repair and it was necessary to have it repaired.."

We found a defective roller, a broken hinge, and 2 frayed lift cables. I am sure anyone of these issues would have been another service call in the near future!
