"Last week Dimitri and his crew finished remodeling 2 of my bathrooms. I am thrilled with the results! They gutted both bathrooms down to the studs and properly rebuilt the walls with cement backer board in the showers and on the floors. These gentlemen are true artists. They painstakingly cut my 12”x24” tiles so that my niche was centered. They took their time to make sure my mosaic accent tile was smooth and even. Since the walls in my old house aren’t square, Dimitri worked his magic to make my vanities fit against the walls. In my Master bathroom, 3 walls were removed in order to enlarge my shower and overall bathroom space. They moved plumbing, set up new electrical sockets and lights, installed a new exhaust fan which vents to the outside and removed a wall in order to put in a smooth gliding pocket door. The installation of a glass frameless shower door and a glass door above the tub was perfect; the doors float along the tracks as smooth as silk. This is a family owned business. Dimitri, his two sons and another crew member came to work on time every day. Even though they worked long hours, it was apparent that they loved their job. I certainly reaped the benefits of their expertise. I highly recommend this company for any remodeling job. I will definitely call them back to remodel my third bathroom and put a composite material like Trex on my deck."

"This was definitely a 5 star operation from the initial discussions to the finishing touches! For a major renovation and upgrade to our master bathroom we reviewed potential contractors and their customer comments. VKB stood out. Our VKB designer Sean clearly has artistic talent and lots of design experience. He patiently worked with us, showing us 3D design options as we considered alternative configurations and materials. When we were satisfied with the design, Sean transitioned us smoothly to the build phase, introducing Jason as our project manager and Walter as our crew chief. Sean personally familiarized Jason with the project, inviting us to share our thoughts and any concerns. During the renovation, Walter and his crew would carefully isolate the MBR work from the rest of the house, sealing off the room and path to the front door with plastic barriers and floor coverings every morning and remove them every evening. Everyone was polite and sensitive to our living space. Jason was responsive to our wishes to refine several design aspects as the work proceeded, and Walter and his crew smoothly made the alterations. After the main construction was completed Jason remained very attentive to our ‘punch list’ of remaining details and our questions until all had been resolved. Walter ensured very high-quality work down to the finest detail. All the work from design to completion was well within the timeframe we had hoped. In the end, we have a beautiful MBR well beyond our original expectations!"

"Gus Moniodis of 4 Seasons Construction, LLC did a fantastic job on remodeling my kitchen. My house was built in the early 70’s and the kitchen needed to be gone. He did a fantastic job on clearing everything out and even worked around my appliances that I was keeping. He was very helpful on suggesting were I could purchase my cabinets and countertop at reasonable prices. Gus also did whatever I asked and even gave suggestions on some things because this was my first venture on doing anything like this. "My family & I were very pleased by the work we had done by Remodel Max. Shout out to Wayne, Dennis, Madison, Mitch, Brennen, & Nick. I was seeing signs in our 75 yr old house that indicated to me that the house might have been sinking, so we called out several contractors. I asked each contractor to bring a structural engineer along for the inspection, & Wayne was the only one who was willing to accommodate that. He was also the only one who could see the extent our floor joists & triple beam were deteriorating, was able to list the myriad of issues we had, & in each way it needed to be repaired. He was very thorough in his inspection. The repairs to the house required us to move out of our house while they rebuilt our entire first floor (+jacking up & re-leveling the house).
